We appoint apprentices on an annual basis. We offer flexible working and sponsor staff to attend an industry-recognised course with a local college. Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will be offered the option of attending vocational HNC and then degree courses at local colleges/universities.
Many of our staff commenced work with cormat as apprentices and are now senior engineers delivering multi-million pound civil, structural, rail and transportation schemes.
